Dallas cop keeps man from dying mother-in-law.


A Dallas police officer blocked a man from entering a hospital while his mother-in-law was dying–for running a red light. Ryan Moats, an NFL running back for the Houston was kept outside for twenty minutes.

Office Robert Powell ignored two requests from nurses to allow Moats inside before his mother-in-law died. He also ignored the request made by a Plano police officer that he allow the Mr. Moats to enter the hospital.

His mother-in-law died while the police officer harassed him. The Dallas police department is conducting an internal investigation…and dropped the traffic citation.

The entire episode was recorded by the video camera in the officer’s vehicle.
