Conservatives: Teabagging a Family Value?

The entertainment branch of Rabid Radical, Incorporated is urging their fellow “conservatives” to plan and participate in “tea parties”. We have been treated to the amusing call to start “teabagging the White House”.  As Jon Stewart pointed out, even the Jolly Green Giant would have trouble teabagging something that big.

  1. Is it really such a bad thing for people to ask their government to stop spending more than they take in?

Me thinks the real issue at hand is a worry that a grass roots conservative movement might ignite and overwhelm the moveon.orgs of the world. The conservatives in this country were made to feel ashamed of their values (you know, go to work; pay the bills; pay their taxes; believe that they are better at running their lives than the government ever could) by the media. The reality is this definition of conservative really defines a huge voter block. Let me tell you that people are getting mad. Mad as hell. They want these pieces of garbage in Washington, both R and D to stop trampling the Constitution and turn the power back over to the people.
