Joe the Plumber isn’t plumbing anymore–he’s suing.

Joe the Plumber, plumbing the distressingly eternal conservative depths of dark water, is suing for “substantial damages, including emotional distress, harassment, personal humiliation and embarrassment.” This relates, of course, to way back in the Presidential campaign of 2008, when Joe came burrowing out of the pipes with a dream question about that small plumbing business he was buying (not) and those taxes Obama was “raising” (also not).

The outcome may be important for another reason: Joe isn’t plumbing anymore. Evidently the plumber (sans license) can’t even clean a toilet without being run over by the left-leaning toilet owner. And, per Joe, when said liberal doesn’t like his politics, he complains that Joe overcharged him, then takes his complaint to the national news media.

Has anyone else heard about Joe’s overcharging on the nightly news?

No? Me, neither.
